Paciolan is the leading primary ticketing provider in college athletics and the second-largest in the U.S., serving over 500 live entertainment organizations across arenas, sports, and performing arts. Our platform supports ticketing, fundraising, marketing, analytics, and technology solutions, powering the sale of more than 120 million tickets annually.

The Client Partner is a strategic leader and trusted advisor responsible for driving client success across a dedicated portfolio in the arena and live entertainment sectors. This role delivers industry-specific consulting in ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and fan engagement, while driving transactional revenue and contributing directly to client retention.

Experience in the arena market is essential. The complexities, scale, and speed of this environment require a deep understanding of venue operations, event lifecycle management, and promoter dynamics. The ideal candidate is fluent in the language of live entertainment and brings a consultative approach that translates into real-world impact for high-volume partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary strategic advisor and liaison to a portfolio of arena and live entertainment clients, aligning solutions with partner goals and industry best practices.
  • Guide key decisions around pricing, inventory management, marketing, audience development, and operational efficiency, leveraging deep domain expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue operators, promoters, agencies, and third-party vendors.
  • Stay current with arena industry trends, challenges, and innovations to strengthen consultative value.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to maximize use of Paciolan’s platform and services.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing consultation on software functionality and operational best practices.
  • Lead annual revenue planning and monthly forecasting, presenting performance analyses to internal stakeholders.
  • Promote and sell additional products and integrations with partners such as SeatGeek, Fevo, VetTix, Vozzi, ParkHub, and Sidearm.
  • Support RFI/RFP processes and advocate for client needs in go-to-market product strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for early access to new features, contribute product feedback, and assist with rollout communications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in or with arenas, especially in ticketing, live event marketing, venue operations, or fan engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the live entertainment ecosystem, including touring models and promoter relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-value client relationships through strategic guidance and responsive service.
  • Business consulting mindset with a track record of identifying and executing operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering professional presentations tailored to executive audiences.
  • Technically fluent in software systems and capable of acting as a bridge between business and tech teams.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and effective at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in business, marketing, or sports/entertainment management.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in account management or client services, managing 20–40 accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools such as Beautiful.ai.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office setting with occasional overnight travel to client sites or events as needed.

Pay Transparency:

The approximate annual base pay range for this position is $95,000.00 to $105,000.00. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location. The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
