We are pleased to announce the opening for a Test & Requirements Analyst, who will join our Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team known supporting and contributing to the Missile Defense Assessment.

Responsibilities:

You will be reviewing new build design materials and collaborating with Assessment and Decision Teams to understand assessment objectives and develop test conditions to provide the evidence supporting them. You will also perform pre-mission, predictive analysis to enable determination of effective test conditions, and support peer review of colleagues in the Missile Defense Assessment Center (MDAC).

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field
  • Prefer 1-5 years of experience in a related field
  • You must possess or can obtain an active SECRET clearance.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with one or more of the following:
    1. MDA Ground and/or Flight Test Planning and/or Execution
    2. Radar Hardware/Software, Capabilities, Functionalities, Algorithms
    3. Missile Threat Systems (especially hypersonics, cruise missiles, and IAMD)
    4. Systems Engineering and Assessment
    5. Systems Integration, Interoperability, and Interfaces
    6. Risk Management, Configuration Control
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication skills to independently develop technical white papers, briefings, etc., as required by the customer to communicate complex technical issues
  • Capability to utilize, adapt, and develop analytical tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities
  • Teamwork-centered mentality, willingness to assist with solving complex problems
