Department: Quality Control

Reports to: Quality Control Manager

Location: Liverpool

Full-Time: A typical work schedule is standard business hours, 8:30 a.m.– 5:00 p.m., with the flexibility to handle escalations or support during peak times or special projects.

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Non-Exempt: Compensation starts at $44,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience.

Shift Differential: 2nd Shift, +$1. hour , 3rd Shift, +$2. Hour (Based on hours worked)

Benefits: Begin the first day after the first two full months of employment

Position Summary

This role plays a critical part in supporting our organizational goals. The Documentation Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and maintaining the accuracy and compliance of company documentation across multiple systems. This role ensures that records, reports, and internal documentation meet established standards, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and experience in documentation platforms.

 

Essential Functions

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Audit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and verify records across SharePoint, JIRA, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in documentation.
  • Maintain detailed logs of audit results, including errors, resolutions, and recurring trends.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve document workflows, version control, and reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with training and supporting employees on documentation standards and processes.
  • Generate audit reports and summaries for management review.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in documentation review, auditing, or quality assurance.
  • Proficiency with:
    • SharePoint
    • JIRA
    • HubSpot
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with executive leadership.

Additional Responsibilities

Employees may be required to perform duties outside their primary responsibilities or assigned department, as reasonably requested by management. These duties may occasionally occur outside regular working hours, provided they align with applicable labor laws.

May be exposed to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and printing chemicals.

  • Office environment with extended periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • May occasionally be required to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
