As a Solutions Engineer at Siteimprove, you’ll play a key role in driving new business by partnering with Account Executives to deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations and technical insight that align with customer goals. You’ll help prospects understand how Siteimprove's platform can solve complex marketing and accessibility challenges—ultimately driving growth and impact.

What you will be doing
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Sales team, guiding prospects through discovery, product demos, evaluations, and technical diligence
- Deliver engaging, audience-aware presentations that demonstrate how Siteimprove’s platform can solve real-world business and marketing problems
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds—especially in Marketing, IT, and Digital Strategy roles
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging tools to position Siteimprove effectively across various industries
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to evolve our messaging and solution positioning based on market needs
- Attend industry events and conferences as needed (some international travel may be required)
- Act as a trusted advisor during procurement and technical review processes, helping build confidence in Siteimprove’s solution and long-term value
What we will require of you
- We recognize that great talent comes from diverse experiences. You may have strengths in some of these areas—and be excited to grow in others.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Digital marketing (SEO, paid media, content performance, web analytics, etc.)
- Presales/Solutions Engineering, especially value-based selling in a SaaS environment
- Technical consulting or data/analytics tools supporting marketing or web teams
- Proven ability to present complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, engaging way
- Comfort leading live demos, virtual presentations, or group discussions—while being able to read the room and adapt
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Moz, BrightEdge, or Demandbase is a plus
- Curiosity and adaptability: You’re energized by solving new problems and learning as you go
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you know how to work across teams and build trust quickly
- You take feedback as a tool for growth, manage your time well, and deliver on what you commit to
What we will love about you
- Previous experience at a digital marketing agency or as a consultant
- Experience supporting enterprise-level software sales cycles
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (like WCAG), inclusive design, or ESG/DEI goals
**Additional Compensation: Quarterly commissions subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
At Siteimprove, we typically offer salaries that fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including work location, relevant knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
