The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive talent strategies that enable business growth and performance. This role will support a dynamic, results-driven environment and play a critical role in shaping enterprise-wide HR programs. The HRBP is instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role serves as a business partner to assigned client groups and works on enterprise HR projects and programs. Initial business alignment will be with the Go-to-Market (Sales) and Strategy & Marketing organizations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and driving effectiveness across departments.
  • Partner with leaders to design and implement talent strategies that support performance, team effectiveness, and organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership and Finance teams to develop, evaluate, and optimize sales incentive plans. Ensure alignment with business strategy, market competitiveness, compliance, and Paradigm’s compensation program and philosophy.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management initiatives. Identify and develop high-potential talent.
  • Coach and develop leaders to build leadership capability, drive engagement, and foster a culture of accountability and results.
  • Support organizational change initiatives with effective communication strategies and change management plans tailored to diverse business functions.
  • Use people analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and proactively address talent risks. Partner with Shared Services to leverage tools and dashboards.
  • Champion employee experience and engagement initiatives that resonate across departments. Drive programs that support recognition, inclusion, and career growth.
  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws and internal policies. Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to manage employee relations and mitigate risk.
  • Develop and deliver critical people programs with enterprise-wide impact (e.g., Leadership Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning).
  • Leverage available technology and tools to drive optimization of HR programs and processes.
  • Effectively manage and develop HR team members.
  • Support and promote Paradigm’s DEIB philosophy and strategies.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required to support the business.
  • Maintain reliable and predictable attendance during scheduled work hours or core business hours.
  • Travel occasionally for meetings, training, or business-related activities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mentor, train, and supervise team members directly and indirectly, review their work and provide effective constructive feedback to achieve their best performance and goal attainment
  • Set the tone for a strong Enterprise culture and high employee engagement.
  • Ensure all team members understand, are trained in, and comply with Paradigm’s security requirements and policies.
  • Ensure all team members have the minimum level of IT system access required to effectively complete their Paradigm responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a preferred.
  • 3+ years of strategic HRBP/HR leadership experience, with support across multiple departments including Sales.
  • Proficient in human resources software and general business applications, including advanced skills in MS Excel and Outlook; adept at leveraging modern technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance HR operations and decision-making.
  • Experience with compensation design and administration, including incentive programs.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach executive and senior leaders in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional consultation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth organization and scale HR practices accordingly.
  • Experience with organizational design, talent development, and change management.
  • Strong commitment to DEIB and driving an exceptional employee experience.
