How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:
TheGlobal Donor Recovery Services Manager works with Global Donor Services leadership to develop an overall sourcing strategy to ensure LifeNet Health (LNH) Global Donor Recovery Network has access to required clinical tissue donors and research biospecimens. Leads efforts to assess the tissue sourcing environment both nationally and internationally. Stays abreast of new organ/tissue donor procedures, technologies and overall donation and transplantation advances that may impact LNH ability to source required tissue and research biospecimens. Responsible for developing and leading projects to evaluate ways to expand and or improve LNH donor sourcing.
What you'll do:
- Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop strategy and implement development plans to maximize the effectiveness of LNH Global Donor Recovery Network. Work collaboratively with Global Recovery Network Services leadership to establish service and development plans specific to building and maintaining strategic relationships with LNH recovery agencies. Work with Global Recovery Network Services to assess and act on opportunities to develop new recovery relationships both nationally and internationally
- Change Agent: Lead and manage efforts to assess changing technologies and donor management processes that may impact LNH access to both clinical tissue and research biospecimens. Develop reporting mechanisms to summarize and educate Global Recovery Network Services leadership and staff on any changes. Provide guidance on how these changes should be assessed and identify the impact on LNH service plans and development of recovery agencies.
- Projects and Collaboration: Develop and/or lead projects specific to evaluation and implementation of changes to LNH clinical tissue or research biospecimen sourcing efforts. Collaborate with LNH franchises, Quality, P&L and other internal and external stakeholders to investigate and recommend and recommend changes to specific clinical or research recovery specifications or sourcing models to enhance LNH quality and or access to required donated tissue.
- Market Analysis and Industry Engagement: Develop tools and processes to monitor and report on competitive environment to include but not limited to tissue processors, tissue recovery agencies with a focus on OPO's, regulatory agencies, and international entities. Work with Global Recovery Network Services management and staff in all aspects of marketing and development initiatives. Assist in the strategy and implementation of plans specific to LNH participation in industry conferences both nationally and internationally.
- Training and Education: Assist with the development and/or delivery of training and education as it relates to organ or tissue recovery techniques based on current processes and procedures being utilized within the field of organ and tissue recovery and transplantation. Collaborates with National Donor Services and Global Recovery Network Services leadership in assessing current donation and transplantation trends to develop and/or update strategy and services plans.
What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree (Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts)
- Valid State Driver'sLicense
- 5years' experiencein medical sales and/or business development in one of the following healthcare industries: Tissue Banking, Organ Procurement Organization, or related
- 5 Years' Clinical Experience in Tissue Banking, Organ Procurement, Medical Device, or Healthcare
Preferred
- Master's Degree – Healthcare Administration or Health Related Sciences, or Business Administration
- 7 years' experience – Healthcare related sales and/or training, development or healthcare product sales. Proven track record of new business development, public speaking, marketing, account management, and/or high-level multidisciplinary relationship management
- 7 years Clinical experience in Tissue Banking, Organ Procurement, Medical Device, or Healthcare

SALARY: $87,226 – 181,721*
The pay rate for the successful candidate for this remote role will depend on the candidate's qualifications, prior experience, and geographical location. The pay range for this position is $87,227 annually (entry-level qualifications) to $116,301 annually (experienced in this role). This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on certain criteria being met. Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and experience.
*For candidates who reside in Washington state, the pay range for this position is $109,033 annually – $181,721 annually.
