Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and delivering the growth strategy, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and development of new business opportunities for Warehousing and Transport in DSC India. This role focuses on driving growth against strategic objectives while capturing new market and service opportunities

  • Target, identify, and assess business fit of customers with DSC and develop compelling business fit presentations. 
  • Present solutions to customers demonstrating clear business value, engage in negotiations, and close deals. 
  • Successfully identify, manage, and develop a customer pipeline of transformational deals in chosen sectors. 
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of tender proposals and sales presentations to existing and target accounts.  
  • Drive commercial propositions that maximize value for warehouse and transport departments. 

 

Requirements

Exp: Minimum 8 years in the contract logistics/ warehousing/supply chain industry

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management with a focus on transport and warehousing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. 
  • Ability to influence senior management of customers and internally. 
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills. 
  • Knowledge of Auto sector customer trends and needs. 
  • Experience with Account Management and Project Management tools and practices.
