Job Description:
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
1.to Develop Operation dashboard and operation standard cross 1CN;Â
2.to drive continuous improvement actions; improve the service quality;
3.to monitor KPI/operational metrics to identify improvement area & corrective actions.
4.to drive process optimization and improvement actions.
5.to ensure DGF IWS standards fully implemented in outsourced business;
Customer satisfaction
1.to support key customer review meeting
2.to drive the action plan and implementation as per customer requirement;
3.to lead the new customer onboarding and implementation;
4.to support the key customer contract retention;
Vendor management
1.to monitor service quality and contractual KPI of IWS vendors;
2.to drive the vendor for process/operation improvement.
3.to control the vendor cost and optimization;
4.to develop qualified vendor pool as per IWS strategy (sectors/geography)
Business support
1.to improvement the IWS OP team competence and knowledge;
2.to support IWS solution design and pricing;
3.to lead the new business implementation;
4.to coach and develop IWS OP operation skills and knowledge;
5.to setup performance/competence dashboard for IWS OP
6.to develop a team spirit and multi-tasking capabilities within the team.
7.to conduct performance appraisal, including coaching/training.
Job requirements:
1.At least Bachelor’s degree
2.At least 10 years working experience in Warehouse operation management
3.Good knowledge about warehousing, solution design, lean, 5S, operation excellence;
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
5.Excellent organization and people management skill
6.Excellent problem solving skill
7.Excellent planning and project management skill
8.Excellent presentation skill
9.Good Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, PPT) skill
10.Experience in solution design and operation excellence role
11.Fluent both in spoken and writing
