Job Title: Specialist – Master Data Management


Job Location: Manila

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate on a segment of service we offer for MDM, maintain Internal Pricing Templates and handling end-to-end upload of formulated rates to various charge codes in CW1 for smooth customer Implementation.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle pricing information received from the IMPACT / BID Team, then Clean this IPT data (as per SOP) and update it in a standardized template and uploads in CW1.
  • Troubleshoot and implement client requirements.
  • Handle the contract renewals for new/existing customers.
  • Handle the new and maintain the rates in the CW1 systems for various customers.
  • Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns.
  • Act as a key contact for various stakeholders.
  • Convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
  • Document solutions and decisions for Stakeholders to confirm.
  • Chase owners or actions, escalates when required, ability to push-back in a documented way.
  • Manages project in matrix organization.
  • Report issues to Senior Stakeholders.
  • Document informed decisions on Designs and Solutions, for Internal or Customer-facing projects.
  • Collaborate / communicate with ITS, Operations, Customer's IT team.
  • May cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers.
  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL Managers.
 

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Graduate (Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline).
  • Pricing/Rate management Qualification (preferable).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
  • Good communication, both verbal/written is required.
  • Experience in working with CW1.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Knowledge on visualization Tools.
  • Strong analytical Skills.
  • Understanding of Freight Forwarding Product Operations lifecycles, an advantage.
  • Technical aptitude, including but not limited to Data Communication protocols, EDI configurations, Data Field gapping and mapping.
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts (including night)
