Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate global logistics programs involving transport, warehousing, control tower setup, systems integration, and change management.

  • Accountable for the overall Lead Logistics Partner (LLP) operations performance.

  • Develop and manage global program plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.

  • Serve as a single point of contact for the client at a global level.

  • Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees, workstreams, and escalation paths.

  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with senior client stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment between client strategy, LLP solution design, and operational execution across all involved countries and partners.

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, service enhancements, and value-added solutions within the program scope.

  • Drive & accelerate delivery of expected business results.

  • To contribute and work on continuous improvements.

  • Own and manage the global relationship with strategic clients across all regions.

Requirements

  • Minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business Management/Logistics and Supply Chain.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics, preferably in LLP/4PL models, control tower operations, and transport management systems
  • Minimum 8 years of Managerial experience, preferably with regional international operations working experiences.

  • Minimum 5 years of Global Account or Programme Management across countries.

  • Strategic thinking with strong operational execution skills.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
