Analyst Relations Specialist

Location: Bangalore (onsite).  

This is 5 day work from office arrangement

The role of the Analyst Relations team is to manage Avathons relationship and engagement with the industry analyst community, and drive the understanding of Avathons strategy, capabilities, and differentiation to advance the business objectives of our leaders in their markets. Working as part of the global AR team, this position is responsible for implementing AR program for key areas within our business. Reporting to the Analyst Relations Lead in the US and the Director-Marketing in India, this role will strengthen and accelerate the existing AR program, helping to:  

• Develop relationships with Global industry analysts firms  
• Partner with the sales enablement organization, assist in driving deals with analyst support
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and communications to deliver content and programs to drive lead generation
• Broaden visibility of the company, its strategy and core services 

The position requires an excellent understanding of the AI industry. Expected a clear, concise and consistent communication skills are critical. 

What will you do:  

• Execute an AR engagement program to improve Avathons thought leader position with key analysts.
• Prepare spokespersons for analyst briefings, support in prep calls and in hosting all analyst briefing calls and meetings.
• Conduct analyst inquiry and coordinate strategic advisory sessions to support Avathon's Leadership position
• Promote analyst-Avathon reports and recognition internally, especially for use in sales.
• Maintain ongoing reporting of progress against program objectives.
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions and develop presentations for different parts of the business.
• Prepare for participation in key analyst competitive assessment reports (for example, Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes) in collaboration with global leadership and marketing teams, as well as the global AR team.
• Facilitate the timely completion of all relevant deliverables including analyst briefings, surveys/RFI, and client reference requests. 

 You will have:  

• Graduate/Post-graduate in Management, Communications, business or technology
• 3-5 years of experience in supporting Analyst Relations programs in the technology or AI or SaaS Hi-Tech industry
• Preferred an in-house or agency background and experience of working with corporates and experience managing high-profile global events
• Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources
• Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders
