Position Title: Compliance Manager
Location: Tampa, FL
Department: Supply Chain
REPKON USA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), Company policies, and DoD contract requirements. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our Supply Chain processes and mitigating risk across all Supply Chain activities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of government contracting, compliance frameworks, and supplier management within a defense contracting environment.
As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Supply Chain professionals in meeting regulatory requirement sand collaborating with government customers on regulatory discussions. You will drive compliance with FAR and DFARS, lead regulatory audits, and develop policies and procedures to ensure adherence to government regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and monitor procurement compliance policies and procedures aligned with FAR, DFARS and other applicable regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments of procurement activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Proactively identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, legal, contracts and program management on compliance matters.
- Review and approve Supply Chain documentation including Solicitations, subcontracts, and purchase orders for regulatory accuracy.
- Develop and provide training and guidance to Supply Chain staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Ensure contractual flow-downs are properly identified, understood, and executed across departments and vendors.
- Lead corrective action plans and root cause analyses for Supply Chain related noncompliance issues.
- Remain current on changes in federal procurement regulations and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.
- Support proposal development teams with compliance input during bid and proposal efforts.
- Interface with DCMA, DCAA and other government oversight bodies during audits and reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field
- 7+ years' experience in procurement compliance within a DoD contracting environment
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering compliance training
- Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and CPSR readiness
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to advise Supply Chain personnel as they develop moderate to complex contractual instruments
- Previous leadership background
- Experience with CPSR preparation and response
- Experience with contract flow-downs, subcontract management, and internal controls
- Strong analytical, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government/compliance systems and tools (e.g. ERP systems, SAM.gov, eSRS, PIEE)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or JD
- Working expert knowledge of contracting concepts, applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations, and applicable international contract law.
- Familiarity with Design Build, Design-Bid-Build efforts as well as the Manufacturing Industry.
Other Requirements:
- Travel:<15%, to support other REPKON USA locations, supplier visits, etc.
- Work Environment: Home office, supplier sites, manufacturing locations.
