Who We Are

We are women-owned and operated, with over 50 years of expertise as a leading environmental solutions provider, focused on infection prevention for complex facilities. As a local and privately held company, we are agile and can maneuver quickly to support the needs of our people and clients.  One of our greatest strengths is our Culture of Caring. From our CEO to the front-line staff, Servicon embodies our vision of creating healthy environments for people to thrive. Servicon focuses on three essential elements for establishing a Culture of Caring and Excellence: People, Programs, and Performance. These components represent our strong value alignment, positively impacting patient care, infection prevention, and throughput.

The Role

This is a hands-on, temporary project role with plenty of variety. You’ll be working both indoors and outdoors — including rooftop work — painting AC units, rails, and other key facility areas. We value a strong work ethic and a great attitude even more than years of experience. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in doing a job well, and aren’t afraid to get a little dirty, this is a perfect opportunity to jump in and make an impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, including sanding and priming

  • Paint AC units, rails, and other facility areas — indoors and outdoors

  • Mix and match paints to achieve the desired finish

  • Operate brushes, rollers, and spray equipment safely and effectively

  • Work on rooftops and other elevated areas safely (training provided)

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety procedures

  • Collaborate with project leads and team members to complete work on time

What It Takes To Be Successful
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to drive a Company vehicle
  • Must have unexpired, valid driver's license
  • Demonstrate a clean driving record
  • Successfully complete background check
  • Meet site/client badging requirements
  • Experience as a Commercial, Industrial, or Facility Painter is a plus — but not required

  • Willingness to work outdoors and on rooftops in various weather conditions

  • Reliable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work safely in an industrial or aerospace environment

  • Flexibility to work weekends if needed

  • Comfortable with physical work including standing, lifting, and carrying supplies

Covid-19 vaccination requirements may vary by client site.

Why You Will Love It Here

  • A friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thrive
  • Work in an environment where you can see the difference you make daily!
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Competitive base salary
  • Safe harbor 401(k) with company matching (if applicable)
