Job Summary:
REPKON USA is dedicated to the advancement of novel manufacturing solutions in the commercial, defense, and aerospace industries. We are always looking for new ideas and people who are passionate about their craft. We're hiring a hands-on technician to support end users and own day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID security. You'll resolve tickets, keep devices healthy, harden identity and endpoints, and collaborate with security/infra to keep people productive and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1–2 support (Windows 10/11, mobile, printers, VPN, SaaS), meeting SLA targets.
Administer Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, licensing, groups, mail flow, compliance basics.
<30 days: Master our ticketing, inventories, and M365/Intune standards; close tickets independently.
30–60 days: Reduce recurring issues via automation or KB articles; tighten gaps
60–90 days: Lead a small hardening project (e.g., BitLocker/Intune compliance uplift or phishing rule tuning) and report measurable improvements.
