Requirements:

• 5 years of experience managing the security

• 5 years of experience facilitating compliance for clients & stakeholders

• Excellent communication and organization skills required

• Ability to motivate and guide staff to ensure secure, accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of service

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Certification: Security certification actively held

The compensation for this position is $110.00 to $120.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
