PRIMARY PURPOSE
This role is responsible for consistently reinforcing the Bank’s culture, brand, and strategic vision while serving as a vital link between branches, administrative functions, finance, lending, IT, and human resources. The position leads the development of innovative communication programs designed to ensure employees clearly understand the Bank’s business strategy and culture, remain engaged in achieving desired results, and feel valued and recognized for their contributions.
STARTING AT: $65,000/annually
SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday – Friday; 37.5-hour work week
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and launch campaigns and promotions for products and services.
- Create, deliver, and communicate messaging to internal and external audiences regarding new products, services, and enhancements that elevate the client experience.
- Develop compelling company and executive communications that connect employees to the Bank’s mission and values, while driving awareness of strategic goals, objectives, and progress.
- Lead the planning, content development, and distribution of The Knot monthly employee newsletter.
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate quarterly Enterprise Meetings for the entire organization.
- Partner with departments across the organization to plan and craft messaging tailored to employees and other internal audiences.
- Work with Human Resources to support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications, including CREW Cares, employee events, and contests.
- Write and publish Quarterly Employee Spotlight interviews for the Bank’s newsletter and website.
- Other duties as assigned.
Marketing Contributor
- Administer and manage the internal Manasquan Bank Employee Facebook group page to foster employee engagement.
- Collaborate with advertising partners and the Marketing department to develop traditional and digital marketing materials.
- Compose, edit, and post engaging content across the Bank’s digital platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, newsletters, and blogs.
- Coordinate and moderate enterprise-wide conference calls, forums, virtual seminars, and other corporate events Develop and manage editorial calendars for social media, advertising, and sponsorships.
- Create and oversee advertising campaigns for email, digital, and print channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and quality.
- Draft, edit, and distribute corporate communications such as press releases, newsletters, and annual reports, while identifying appropriate media outlets for promotion.
- Maintain and update the centralized intranet (SharePoint) to improve employee communication and access to resources.
- Manage and maintain the Bank’s brand presence across all client-facing digital tools, marketing collateral, and online platforms.
- Manage and maintain the Bank’s sponsorship software Blackbaud.in partnership with the marketing team.
- Partner with the Bank’s social media channels by monitoring content and comments.
- Partner with the Marketing team and Senior Management on a variety of strategic marketing initiatives and projects.
- Serve as a source of innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance client engagement and retention through marketing and promotional opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging developments to keep marketing strategies current and effective.
- Support planning and execution of Bank-sponsored events such as Client Connect, Meet at Manasquan, Community Day, and Charitable Foundation activities.
Community Development
- Strengthen and promote the Bank’s community presence by participating in local events and sponsorships, building relationships, making referrals, and sharing information to increase awareness of the Bank’s products and services. Plan, coordinate, and deliver financial literacy initiatives—such as workshops, seminars, and educational programs—to engage and support the communities the Bank serves

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing communicators or related field.
