Overview

The End Point Security Administrator is responsible for protecting all endpoint devices, e.g., laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and servers, from cyber threats.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.*



Responsibilities

  • Manage and secure endpoints, including configuration, patching, and update.
  • Develop policies for mobile device management and endpoint security.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align endpoint security with overall security posture.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret clearance required!
  • Certifications: Desired certifications in Security+ or similar certification.
  • Education: BS/BA degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience.
  • Systems Tools Familiarity:
    • Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, CloudFlare, GitHub, Salesforce
    • Dataverse: A secure data platform that integrates with all Power Platform tools
    • Tools and platforms to host and manage customer environment – Microsoft, VMWare, NetApp, Cisco, Palo Alto, Intune, Azure, M365, SentinelOne, Splunk, Tenable, Axonius, Varonis, Aquia
  • Additional Experience Desired:
    • Familiarity with FISMA, NIST, OMB, and other federal cybersecurity compliance standards.
    • Experience working with DOC or similar federal agencies.
    • Written and verbal communications skills. This includes drafting SOPs and technical documents.
  • Work Location: NTIA Headquarters, Washington, DC
