Overview
The Configuration Management (CM) Specialist 3 will serve as the primary authority for establishing, implementing and maintaining configuration management policy and processes for a Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I) program. This role ensures all technical baselines, documentation, and deliverables are properly controlled, traceable, and compliant with Navy standards and contract requirements. The CM Specialist III will work closely with project managers, senior engineers, and government stakeholders to oversee version control, change management, and release processes, while also ensuring that configuration data supports system integrity, cybersecurity requirements, and lifecycle sustainment. Acting as both a technical leader and process expert, this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop and enforce disciplined CM practices across multidisciplinary teams.

Basic Compensation: $104,000- $135,200 yearly salary
The salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting.
