• Responsible for providing overall direction and management of a team of case managers and serve as an expert resource to the branch.
• Ensures effective case manager staffing, develops and provides training, develops and implements quality control programs for the branch, and manages branch in Branch Manager’s absence.
• Responsible for meeting or achieving financial goals, quality goals, and overall case outcome objectives.
• Manages care management services remotely to clients to maximize effectiveness and accuracy.
• Assists in establishing policies and procedures for the organization for medical aspects of claims, diagnostic procedures and testing and coordinating second opinions.
• Oversees interaction with insurance provider, employer and client to ensure the success of the treatment plan.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation
  of the function.

Required Skills: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with license in good standing. Must receive URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S) within 2 years of hire.

Minimum Education: Associate degree in nursing. Bachelors degree preferred.

Desired Experience: Case Management and Workers Compensation experience
