As the Quality Control Manager, this individual will ensure that the organization’s products and services consistently meet established standards by designing, implementing, and monitoring robust quality control systems, procedures, and testing protocols. In this role, the individual will inspect products, analyze data to identify improvements, and manage a team of QC staff. When necessary, the Quality Control Manager will oversee regulatory compliance and thoroughly investigate user complaints. Additionally, the Quality Control Manager will be integral in establishing, operating, and utilizing a Quality Management System (QMS) solution to support the organization.
