Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a supportive, experienced Division of People Experience (PXD) Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating onboarding for new hires, including supporting new hire orientation, providing direct service to incoming leadership and critical VIP hires. This involves connecting with stakeholders across ARPA-H, within PXD, and working closely with our partners in NIH to ensure we are delivering a world class experience with onboarding.
2. Coordinating offboarding of ARPA-H fed staff and collaborate with team who manages offboarding for contracted staff as well. Utilize systems that manage checklists that ensure each stakeholder, including the departing individual, has completed the required actions so their offboarding experience is efficient and pleasant.
3. Continuously working with PXD team and other stakeholders to revise both the onboarding and offboarding business processes as these will continue to evolve as ARPA-H grows and scales.
4. Presenting at new hire orientations and assist with coordinating orientations on continuously scheduled basis.
5. Working collaboratively with PXD onboarding team to prepare reports related to onboarding and offboarding.
6. Ensuring sensitive issues with onboarding or offboarding are appropriately and discreetly handled, including raising issues up to the PXD director when and if appropriate.
Occasional Travel as needed
Requirements:
1. Experience onboarding and offboarding of employees – both federal staff and contracted staff; NOTE: This is a firm requirement. Candidates must have experience executing onboarding and offboarding processes for clients (e.g., paperwork completion and clearance processing/tracking).
2. Customer service in high volume, fast paced environment.
3. Able to use government systems and processes to execute onboarding and offboarding of workforce.
4. Clear communication within a team and across organizations of scientists and business people.
5. Intermediate level expertise with data, reporting, and dashboarding.
6. Highly preferred to have ARPA-H experience; NIH experience also desirable
7. Experience related to Human Resources development, planning, staffing is desirable.

Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources or related field preferred
