Our nurses practice in alignment with ASPAN standards and evidence-based care, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, role clarity, and professional growth. The Doernbecher Operating Room is a high-acuity pediatric surgical environment with 10 operating rooms, including a Hybrid OR for advanced image-guided interventions and an intraoperative MRI (iMRI) suite supporting complex neurosurgical and specialty cases. Multidisciplinary teams collaborate to deliver safe, efficient, and developmentally appropriate care for every patient.
