AIRFREIGHT CUSTOM OPERATION SPECIALIST
Location: Country Head Office, South Tangerang
Objectives: Performing the operational of Airfreight Custom Clearance
Job Duties
• Responsible for collect documents from third party
• Define Harmony System number
• Responsible for documents completeness and correctness
• Prepare PIB calculation and responsible for the correctness / with high level accuracy and on timeliness before sending it to customer
• Ensure that the 3 layers checking of customs declaration process are carried out, which are PIB drafter (first layer), customer (second layer), and PPJK / Ahli Kepabeanan (third layer), refer to Procedure DGF_ID_CDZ-01_V2.01 Customs Clearance
• Conducting PIB/PEB verification after receiving NOPEN before gate in/gate out status
• Maintain contact/correspondence with consignee for incomplete/missing documents/PIB
• Arrange to pick up original CDZ standalone document
• Responsible for cargo clearance status periodically
• Send the draft to customer
• Ensure to maintain for delivery goods in coordination with Customer Service
• Inform and coordinate with direct Supervise whether there are shipment/cargo problem
• Inform superior and relevant functional unit continuously and in good term of occurrences within his/her area of responsibility

Monitoring and coordination day to day operations (vendor)
• Responsible for import document submission to customs and customer
• Create new job file, transport booking, submit e-doc on Cargo Wise 1 for CDZ standalone shipment
• Update timestamp, fill in reference number, services on additional detail, and upload all document import for console DGF shipment
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking
• Has adequate computer literacy and proficiency
• Has all technical competencies and skills required for the position
• Clean criminal record and adherence to ethical standards
