The ideal candidate is eager to learn, values quality, and takes pride in producing work that meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate production records and logs.
  • Assist with material handling and inventory management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Learn and perform the assembly of custom wood acoustic products according to specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively.
  • Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to verify quality standards are met.
  • Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
  • Continuously develop skills to improve efficiency, craftsmanship, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate production equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends.
  • Previous woodworking, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred but not required — we provide training.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and measurements.
  • Comfortable working with tools, wood materials, and finishing products.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
