The Senior Supervisor Personal Title Insurance is responsible for overseeing the residential title insurance unit, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations, managing performance goals, and resolving complex issues related to title insurance policies. This role involves supervising both exempt and non-exempt employees, managing the escrow unit, directing workflows, and supporting the title insurance claims process. Additionally, the Senior Supervisor will engage with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and address challenges that may prevent the issuance of a Title policy.
Directly supervises at least 11 full-time employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Foster a spirit of teamwork allows for disagreement over ideas as well as diversity.
Juris Doctor Degree with experience in notarial Mortgage Law and contract management.
Two (2) years or more of supervisory experience.
Five (5) years or more of experience in the placement and subscription of Title Insurance.
