ResponsibilitiesÂ
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven SAP Strategy & Transformation Leader to drive the evolution of our enterprise SAP landscape. This role will lead the transition to S/4HANA, oversee SAP operations, and ensure alignment with broader business and technology goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to deliver transformative outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
Â
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and own the enterprise SAP strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect to ensure SAP architecture integrates seamlessly with the broader technology ecosystem.
- Establish governance frameworks and standards to ensure SAP platforms are scalable, flexible, and aligned with business needs.
S/4HANA Transformation:
- Lead the end-to-end transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including business process redesign, data migration, and system integration.
- Manage the relationship with the systems integrator, ensuring accountability for deliverables, timelines, and quality.
- Drive change management and communication strategies to support adoption across all levels of the organization.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the SAP application lifecycle, including enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing SAP team, including internal staff and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators to ensure successful delivery of SAP initiatives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business leaders to identify and implement process improvements enabled by SAP capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Enterprise Architect, business unit leaders, and external vendors.
- Communicate SAP strategy, progress, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders, including the CIO and leadership team.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience with SAP solutions, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP transformations, preferably ECC to S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.) and their integration points.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with enterprise architecture teams.
- Skilled in managing third-party vendors, systems integrators, and complex multi-year programs.
