Overview
Lutron is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to drive growth and engagement across our Electrical Wholesale (EW) and Audio Visual (AV) business segments. Based at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Lutron’s residential and commercial product lines—including wallbox controls—while sharpening your skills in marketing strategy, digital engagement, and project management.
As a key member of the EW and AV channel marketing team, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership, product management, and marketing communications to develop and execute impactful channel programs. Your responsibilities will include:

Define and Develop Marketing Collateral: Clearly outline specifications, target audiences, and messaging for all communications materials. Gather and incorporate feedback from senior stakeholders in marketing, sales, and business leadership to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Own Promotional Operations: Manage all operational aspects of channel promotions—including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination—to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of promotional assets. Provide direct support to participating customers throughout the promotion lifecycle.
Support Product Launches: Prepare and deliver launch materials that effectively introduce new products to market through EW and AV distribution channels.
Apply Project Management Best Practices: Establish and maintain clear project timelines, roles and responsibilities, and success metrics to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
Enable Sales & Market Development: Collaborate with sales teams on account planning and initiatives such as customer events, training (online and in-person), and lead generation campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
Equip Channel Partners: Work closely with reps and EW partners to deliver marketing tools and resources that empower them to increase sales and market presence.
Foster Sales Team Engagement: Maintain regular communication with EW and AV sales teams to address challenges, share updates, and boost program participation.
Measure & Optimize Performance: Track key performance metrics, compare results to historical benchmarks, and identify opportunities to refine tactics and improve future program outcomes.
