Crane Currency has an opportunity for a college student to work full time starting in January and through the summer. You will gain hands-on experience in our Business Systems department. This role is fulltime, onsite, and based out of Nashua, New Hampshire.

How you will make an impact:

Our program is designed to give you the chance to make a true impact on the business. You will have a direct effect by means of the following work:

  • Optimize existing systems in SharePoint and Microsoft’s Power Suite.

  • Develop automated processes and deploy to the business.

  • Gather requirements, design, build, and assist implementing automation of reports.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required:

  • Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited institution and pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Applied Mathematics.

  • Previous work experience in any industry.

  • Formal or self-directed experience with basic programming including “no-code” programming.

  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to demonstrate and maintain suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with our US Government contract requirements.

Preferred:

  • Experience or training in Power Automate and/or Power Apps.

  • Experience or training in Power BI.

  • Experience or training in simple programming (e.g. VBA, MATLAB, JAVA, JAVAScript, Python)
