YOUR TASKS:
Role purpose: Ensure the transmission of customer p/u orders to couriers accurately with its related data communications through GDA and GCA (both ways) in a timely manner, and closely communicate with couriers the updated emergency handling case from the customer service unit.
Ensure all pick-up requests and messages to couriers are receiving in a timely manner by utilizing GDA to interface with couriers through the GCA protocol.
Maintain accurate information in systems and update as required (CSV, GDA and local systems).
Report the system problem and take actions to mitigate the service impact.
Ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner by interfacing between CS & Couriers and communicating with them using different platforms, e.g. text, voice, emails.
Ensure all driver check requests, follow up with drivers and then advise the Customer Service requester.
Organization and dispatch of pick-ups in a manner that allows maximum driver efficiency
Proactively manage customer perception of and level of satisfaction with our servic.e
YOUR PROFILE:
1 - 2 relevant experience
Completed high school
Driving license (minimum B2 level)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
