Position Description:

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Mt. La Crosse welcomed its first skiers in the 1959–1960 season and has been a winter, family fun favorite in La Crosse ever since! Located on the south end of La Crosse, about ten miles from the downtown area, Mt. La Crosse provides breathtaking views of the river valley and bluffs to skiers and snowboarders of all levels. With a full-service rental and repair shop, private and group lessons, retail store, concessions and award-winning bar, Mt. La Crosse has many seasonal, full and part-time positions to fill. We are seeking teammates with energetic, positive and can-do attitudes to join our tight-knit team. These seasonal positions typically run November to mid-March and require some nights, weekends and holidays.



POSITION SUMMARY

The Terrain Park Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, safety, and maintenance of the terrain park. This role leads the park crew in building, inspecting, and maintaining features, ensuring safe riding conditions, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating with mountain operations, managing staffing and schedules, training team members on park safety and maintenance practices, and ensuring full compliance with resort safety standards. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Experience Skiing or Boarding in the Terrain Park
  • Hands-on experience in terrain park construction
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers to handle their inquiries
  • Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift for long periods
  • Able to work independently and function as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
