Responsibilities
Understand the objectives and KPIs relevant to the role clearly.
Make a significant impact on DHL management by enhancing processes and procedures to achieve KPIs.
Implement, maintain, and continuously enhance the Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standards. Provide timely internal and external quality feedback to ensure appropriate actions are taken by the respective teams.
Develop and promote self-improvement initiatives to foster ongoing enhancement of the established Quality System.
Oversee the creation and review of SOPs and Work Instructions to fulfill customer-specific requirements.
Monitor, communicate, and follow up on customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or a related field is required.
At least 3 years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing, warehousing and logistics industries.
Approximately 2 years of experience in the quality industry with a strong background in operations and team management.
Exposure to regulatory audits is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses a resilient and proactive attitude
Technical Skills:
Quality Management System: Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, tools, and best practices.
Data Analysis: Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and patterns in quality data.
Compliance & Regulations: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., GWP for warehousing) is often essential.
Soft Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing guidance, and documenting findings.
Problem-Solving: Capability to identify, analyze, and effectively resolve quality issues.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail to identify and address deviations from quality standards.
Leadership: Ability to supervise staff, coordinate projects, and train team members on quality procedures.
Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
Documentation: Strong skills in documentation and presentation to maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
