About us

The Supervisor Trainee program is to build a troop of Operation Supervisor for strengthening our efficiency of warehouse operation and relevant teams. This program will build and develop on-ground Operation Trainee to be Operation Supervisor coached and groomed by Operation Specialists themselves.

During the program, every Trainee will have an invaluable experience for working, learning and on-ground training at our warehouse/Distribution Center or supporting unit teams at our Head Office. We embrace every new graduate even he/she has no working experience before to join this program. Importantly, please remark about important things we require from Trainee is - passionate to work and grow career path in supply chain and logistics business.

Responsibilities

What the program looks like:

• On-ground working assigned in warehouse operations or supporting unit teams specifically with diverse working teams within DHL Supply Chain's Distribution Center
• All jobs are within Thailand - to outer areas or/and outside Bangkok area such as Bangna or Wangnoi or Mahachai

Requirements

• Newly university graduate or with 0 – 2 years of working experience
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in logistics & supply chain or relevant field
• Apart from our head office in Bangkok, fully mobile to travel and work to outer areas or/and outside Bangkok area such as Bang Na or Wangnoi or Mahachai 
• Able to communication skill both in Thai and English
• Computer literacy
