Shift patterns: Monday- Friday weekly rotating 0500-1330 and 0900-1730
Location: Bellshill- ML4 3NW

We're now looking for a Transport Administration Clerk ????? to join our team and help keep our transport operations running like clockwork.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Prepare driver paperwork and give clear instructions before dispatch.
• Carry out driver debriefs, updating delivery records and pallet counts.
• Track and manage PODs, returns, and agency driver logs.
• Check driver compliance, including tachograph downloads and vehicle status.
• Help with shift handovers, follow health & safety rules, and support a positive team environment.

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with transport management systems.
• Ability to follow operational, legal, and health & safety procedures accurately and consistently.
