EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years’ experience working in warehousing, inventory, or stockroom operations preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving practices, inventory control, and material handling.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite, ERP Systems and MRP.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Proficient in computer skills, including data entry.
• Ability to use hand tools, material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified), and barcode/RFID systems.
• The ability to communicate effectively with different people in varying fields and positions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Ability to read and follow supply documents, requisitions, and standard operating procedures.
• Must be customer-focused and possess a positive attitude.
• Ability to reason and solve problems.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Some climbing and balancing.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
• High noise levels are common with general maintenance.
• Must have the ability to maintain assigned work hours.
• Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This is an Onsite position that requires work to be performed onsite at an Aleut location
• This role requires work in a non-office setting, outdoor and industrial locations.
• Work requires exposure to heat/cold, noise, dust, mist, and/or fumes.
• Required the ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• We require wearing personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, a fall protection harness, protective-toe footwear, gloves, a hard hat, and hearing protection

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) per contract.
• Must complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
• Must be proficient with the English Language per contract.
