Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives for Tymlos® and Binosto®. The focus will be on day-to-day marketing activities, including the development, implementation, and optimization of campaigns. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies for both products, with a strong emphasis on measurable results. The Senior Product Manager will be aligned to either DTC or HCP, depending on the experience for each.

Essential Responsibilities:

HCP Marketing for Tymlos® & Binosto®:

  • Campaign Execution: Manage the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for both Tymlos® and Binosto®.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the Sales team by creating tools and materials (e.g., brochures, digital content, presentations) to help HCPs better understand the benefits of both Tymlos® and Binosto®.
  • Medical and Educational Content: Collaborate with Medical Affairs to develop scientifically accurate, engaging materials for healthcare providers, ensuring that both products are well-positioned in the osteoporosis market.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support for the Sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively communicate with healthcare providers.

DTC Marketing for Tymlos®:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Support the implementation of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels (social media, email, display ads).
  • Content Creation: Work with agencies and internal teams to create engaging consumer-facing content for Tymlos®, focusing on educating patients and encouraging them to seek treatment.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or related marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with specialty products in therapeutic areas like osteoporosis is a plus.
  • Diverse backgrounds in sales, market research, market access, etc. are a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute campaigns with precision and on tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Work Environment:

The work is performed primarily in a remote office environment with occasional required in person office work, meetings, and/or travel. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
