Grow together

  • Development and adaptation of SAP HCM modules, particularly in the areas of german payroll accounting and personnel time evaluation.
  • Programming of schemas and rules as well as functions and operations in SAP HCM.
  • Development of ABAP solutions to support the above-mentioned areas in ERP systems and in H4S4 environment.
  • Analysis and correction of errors and malfunctions in the SAP HCM system.
  • Close cooperation with specialist departments and other developers.
  • Documentation of developments and adaptations.
  • Support / reduce business impact.


Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM development.
  • In-depth knowledge of german payroll accounting and personnel time evaluation.
  • Experience in programming schemas and rules in SAP HCM.
  • Very good knowledge of ABAP.
  • Good written and spoken German and English.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
