Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for managing procurement catalogs and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to enhance catalog coverage, ensure quality, and streamline processes. The primary focus is on analyzing data to uncover opportunities for consolidating spend into catalogs, acting as a specialist on buying channels, catalog management, and supplier enablement. Additionally, the role involves educating stakeholders through training sessions and the development of standard operating procedures to ensure best practices are followed.

· Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Office, Excel – using Pivots, Vlookup, Word, Powerpoint).
· Very good communication skills.
· High self-motivation, solution-oriented thinking and creativity.
· Affinity to work independently and flexible (based on supported region).
· Knowledge and expertise with ePurchasing tools (e.g. Coupa, GeT, OneSRM, Oracle) would be advantageous.
· Good analytical skills.
· Affinity to work with new tools and technologies.
· Willingness and aptitude to learn new digital platforms and apply them for improvement in daily work.
· Affinity towards digitalization, displaying digital mindset and behaviour.
