What you’ll do:
  • Hunt and win new business in Contract Logistics – with a clear focus on excellent Customer Experience.
  • Build bold strategies and execute them hands-on.
  • Lead a small team and personally run top-level client meetings and negotiations.
  • Protect and grow existing key clients – our renewal ratio is a badge of honor.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Country Managing Director, Solution Design, Operations, IT, Legal – because winning is always a team game.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment where attitude and energy matter as much as skills.

What we expect:
  • Excellent English and Slovak/Czech language skills.
  • Proven track record in business development in an international setting.
  • Courage to push through rejection, discipline to follow up, and creativity to find new angles.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills (Excel a must).
Big plus if you have:
  • Experience in contract logistics, transport, automotive, or real estate.
  • International study or work background.
  • Sports mindset – team player, competitor, winner.
