What you’ll do:
Hunt and win new business in Contract Logistics – with a clear focus on excellent Customer Experience.
Build bold strategies and execute them hands-on.
Lead a small team and personally run top-level client meetings and negotiations.
Protect and grow existing key clients – our renewal ratio is a badge of honor.
Work hand-in-hand with Country Managing Director, Solution Design, Operations, IT, Legal – because winning is always a team game.
Thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment where attitude and energy matter as much as skills.
What we expect:
Excellent English and Slovak/Czech language skills.
Proven track record in business development in an international setting.
Courage to push through rejection, discipline to follow up, and creativity to find new angles.
Strong presentation and analytical skills (Excel a must).
Big plus if you have:
Experience in contract logistics, transport, automotive, or real estate.
International study or work background.
Sports mindset – team player, competitor, winner.
