• Manages a large and/or complex project with high visibility (multi area or product) at all stages (initiation, execution, closure) and in all PM areas (time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, procurement).
• Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks.
• Obtains feedback at critical milestones and at project completion to ensure that project efforts meet customer expectations for contracted time, cost, and performance.
• Develops detailed project plans, project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks; conducts regular status meetings to review project activities.
• Ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget, quality and resource requirements using excellent communication skills.
• Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, ensuring that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained.
• Leads larger project teams and project-managers of sub-projects.
• Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders.

• Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability. Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy.

  Plans own work and other to meet given objectives and processes.

• Manages changing scope (i.e., change management) and project acceptance criteria
