What You Will Be Doing
Join our dynamic team as the Vice President, Funding and Liquidity Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing Tradition Capital Bank’s financial strategies. This role is central to the company's balance sheet strategy and responsible for actively managing day-to-day liquidity and forecasting funding needs. Additionally, this role executes strategies across the bank's investment portfolio, wholesale funding, and deposit base. The position offers an opportunity to operate at the intersection of capital markets and community banking; it provides both tactical execution and strategic insight that directly influence the bank’s financial performance and risk profile.Â
You’ll have direct visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to shape the bank’s funding and investment decisions. What Sets You Apart
Educational & Professional Experience You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CFA, or related certification a plus) with 5+ years of experience in banking, treasury, capital markets, or asset-liability management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Â

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $108,000 and $160,000 annually. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance.Â
