Role Summary

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will have full financial ownership for the global business unit, ensuring its long-term financial viability. This role will be responsible for reporting, modeling, and conducting in-depth analysis across the global Fellowes portfolio. You will partner closely with senior cross-functional leaders to identify and address sales gaps, drive profit improvement initiatives, ensure efficient allocation of investments, and maximize inventory turns.

In This Role, You Will

  • Own the financial & operational reporting, modeling, and analysis of the global Fellowes Interiors division.
  • Develop, analyze, and interpret the financial & operational key performance indicators and results for global business teams to senior leadership leading to profit-enhancing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional leaders to drive the development of fiscal year budgets and long-range business plans.
  • Deliver the financial responsibilities of the new product development stage gate process including ROI analysis, sales/customer analytics, cost targets and post-mortem assessment.
  • Maintain the latest pricing and cost information within the business including price change activities and justifications to the marketplace.
  • Work in partnership with Corporate Finance on the month end close activities.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or commensurate field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of analytical experience. preferably within consumer products. Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Able to work within a very fast-paced environment and ensure the accuracy of details while also understanding the overall objective and thereby deliver strategic recommendations. 
  • Strong financial acumen coupled with a passion to drive the overall performance of a business team.
  • Able to establish cross functional relationships and be influential across multiple disciplines.
  • Must have knowledge of financial, costing, and manufacturing modules of any standard ERP system.
  • Strong in all Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel skills a requirement).
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Must be a strategic thinker, proactive, accurate, and an effective communicator

The hiring range for this position in Mesa, AZ is $90,000 – 105,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
