Join our international Finance team in Budapest and shape how we communicate and engage with our people.
Bring your creativity and communication expertise to make global initiatives resonate locally and ensure Finance teams feel connected, informed, and inspired.
What will you do:
Drive and implement internal communication initiatives within Group Finance team.
Support global and local engagement programs such as Great Place to Work, Smart Connect, Appreciation Days, and Volunteering Days.
Organize and coordinate Town Hall meetings and local events for Finance leadership.
Adapt global communication templates into engaging, audience-focused messages.
Manage virtual communication channels and ensure clear, timely updates.
Collaborate with stakeholders in Hungary, Germany, and other locations.
What do we expect from you:
Previous experience from a similar position of internal communication.
Excellent English skills (C1) and good German skills (B2, mainly written) to support local communication.
Creativity and ability to make communication engaging for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of Excel and solid skills in digital tools (Outlook/Teams).
Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while being part of an international team.
Interest in both finance-related topics and broader corporate/people topics.
