As part of the Global CDO Organization, our DFN Project Delivery Team plays a key role in growing the DHL Fulfillment Network. We make sure new customers and sites are seamlessly onboarded by managing end-to-end implementation projects – from project management and customer communication to site setup and IT integration testing.

Our DFN Carrier Management Team ensures that the right carriers are integrated into the network, handling everything from carrier selection and requirement alignment to supporting implementations and ongoing operations.

Your tasks

• Managing own customer implementation projects
• Supporting the integration of new carriers (globally)
• Developing tools & templates for project delivery and carrier management

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Graduation in Logistics / SCM, Informatics, Engineering, Project Management before April 1st, 2026
• First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in Logistics /eCommerce; Experience in warehousing or transport operations (last mile delivery, customs, …), working with WMS/TMS, project management; international experience
• Fluent English skills
• MS Office, WMS, TMS, Project Management Tools
• Ability to steer projects independently, work in international and cross-functional teams, structured and process oriented approach, ability to drive and influence others without direct authority, IT affinity, flexibility to travel within region
