Responsibilities

  1. Data Entry:

    • Accurately input data into Excel file. Trip ticket monitoring, DR, Countsheet 
    • Ensure that all information is entered in a timely manner.
  2. Data Verification:

    • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
    • Correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.
  3. Document Management:

    • Organize and maintain electronic and physical documents.
    • Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents as needed.
  4. Quality Control:

    • Conduct regular audits of data to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Implement improvements to data entry processes to enhance accuracy.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Work with other departments to gather data and provide support as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues.
  6. Reporting:

    • Generate reports based on the data entered for analysis and decision-making.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations or summaries as required.
  7. Confidentiality:

    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
    • Follow company policies regarding data protection and privacy.
  8. System Maintenance:

    • Assist in maintaining and updating data management systems.
    • Provide feedback on system functionality and suggest improvements.

 

Requirements

    1. Educational Background:

      • A high school diploma is typically required; an associate degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) can be beneficial.
    2. Typing Skills:

      • Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed (often measured in words per minute).
    3. Computer Proficiency:

      • Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and database management systems.
      • Knowledge of basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
    4. Attention to Detail:

      • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
    5. Organizational Skills:

      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
    6. Communication Skills:

      • Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
    7. Analytical Skills:

      • Basic analytical skills to review data and identify discrepancies or trends.
    8. Confidentiality Awareness:

      • Understanding of the importance of data privacy and confidentiality.
