Responsibilities
Coordinate with customer as a representative for operation.
To closely work with Contract Managers and department head to ensure the contractual KPI and customer satisfaction are improved or maintained.
To ensure all department heads will complete their tasks according to their time line, by reminding and giving them the supporting.
Studying the project and operations under Supervisory to contribute the cost reduction and the operations improvement by suggestion the best comment via his / her experience of involvement on all departments to provide an organization view.
To take responsibility the project progress to be achieved timeline and deliverables. And initiate corrective action where necessary.
To ensure the project and operations under Supervisory have qualified and completed SOPs and other Quality program according to company policy.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any field.
2-5 Years experience in Warehouse Operation / Improvement / Analyze data.
Good communication and leadership skills, Good command of written and spoken English, Computer literate.
Required competencies for Supply Chain Management.
