Leidos is seeking experienced All Source Intelligence professionals to serve as senior instructors for the Contingency Intelligence Network (CIN) Course at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX. This role demands a high level of subject matter expertise and instructional leadership to deliver advanced training to USAF personnel in the core functions of the Mission Planning Cell, Combat Intelligence Cell, and Squadron Intelligence. Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead formal initial qualification training (IQT) for personnel supporting platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level.

  • Oversee the development and delivery of course materials, training exercises, and curriculum updates to reflect evolving technologies, systems, and tools.

  • Conduct high-level pre-mission briefings and administer academic evaluations at the conclusion of training events.

  • Deliver instruction on advanced topics including: fundamental core functions of CIN, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace, Battlespace characterization, Disposition of Forces, Visualization Tools, and Targeting

What Sets You Apart

  • TS/SCI clearance required on day one.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Proven expertise in All Source Intelligence MOS.

  • Demonstrated instructional experience with a focus on operational readiness.

  • Prior operational deployment experience.

  • Recent hands-on experience in Unit-Level Intelligence operations.

  • Proficiency in analog intelligence product development.

  • Ability to travel 50%

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with advanced ISR tools such as MIST, Thresher, Bodhi, iSpy, and FADESHEETS.

  • Weapons School graduate.

  • Experience supporting high-level exercises such as Bamboo Eagle and Red Flag.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
