Overview

Lutron is seeking Senior Supply Chain Project Specialist for our Corporate Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA.  In this role, you will be a key part of the Corporate Operations team and grow your skills while applying industry best practices to our Supply Chain function. Your contributions will help to maintain our market position as the world leader in smart lighting and shading systems. By working in a collaborative environment, you will be exposed to, and trained by, industry experts who will aid in your professional development. 



Responsibilities

 

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the supply chain design for configured products that will support our Luxury Residential and Commercial business customers. There are a variety of experiences you will be involved with from day one, including:

  • Monitor & analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement for supply chain – on time delivery, cost.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain, business & customer service team to work on improvements to supply chain processes to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work with plant & procurement to improve supply chain outcomes.
  • Lead these improvement projects from conception to implementation with appropriate metrics that show measurable impact.
  • Partner with data team to build supply chain reporting that allows us to monitor & understand performance at various nodes of the supply chain.
  • Support growth of business by improving processes that will not scale effectively.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering 
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven analytical skills with proficiency in purchasing & manufacturing process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to innovate, adopt & implement new technologies & methods to improve the process.
  • Willingness to challenge existing processes & drive change.
