  • Executing an existing go-to-market strategy to expand market share and win new clients.
  • Generating pipeline through both outbound activity (LinkedIn, cold calls, industry events) and inbound channels (marketing leads, referrals).
  • Building and leveraging networks to open doors and strengthen RLDatix’s presence across new sectors.
  • Influencing product and marketing strategy through feedback from prospects and market insights.
  • Representing RLDatix at industry forums, networking events, and conferences to raise brand visibility and secure new opportunities.
  • Positioning RLDatix solutions to address operational pain points and demonstrate clear ROI to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Negotiating and closing new business opportunities, successfully navigating procurement processes and contracts.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Proven new business generation experience, ideally with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or care tech solutions (e.g., rostering, care planning, HR/payroll software) is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of the UK independent health & care landscape, with the ability to influence C-Suite and decision-makers.
  • Experience working in startups, scale-ups, or mid-sized companies, with adaptability and agility in fast-changing environments.
  • Background in customer success or service management transitioning into sales is acceptable if you’ve contributed to growth conversations.
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and negotiation skills, with comfort managing full-cycle sales (prospecting through to close).
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • A collaborative style and sincere interest in improving safety and outcomes in health and social care.
