Job Purpose:
Administer claims management processes and activities for insurance claims in areas such as property & casualty, general liability, product liability, and organizations liability in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies

Your tasks:
  • Under limited supervision administer claims management processes and activities for insurance claims in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies
  • Support team members in planning, reporting, and department metrics/dashboards on insurance, claims and Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Perform broad range of tasks and activities for variance, trend and outlier analysis to support business needs and special projects.
  • Prepares presentations and communications with analysis of findings for senior management.
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to professionals to compile exposure and business information required for underwriting insurance programs, performing actuarial studies and meeting other audit, compliance and regulatory related requirements.
  • Efficiently aggregate and present information for submission/applications.
  • Gather data and information to support process enhancements and data driven decision leveraging the claims management platform.
  • Follow up with internal partners including review of vendor insurance compliance
  • Navigate, engage and establish cross-border relations to leverage best practices
  • Build co-operative relationships between IRM team and stakeholders
  • End to end claims handling including claims adjusting and subrogation.
  • Co-ordinate with IRM central team for significant claims on content of coverage
  • Work with other members of IRM teams globally to share data and information 
  • If applicable, settlement authority for claims up to XXX amount or ensuring that the standard process under their responsibility is fully followed.
  • May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
  • Support and interact with senior colleagues of own and other teams
  • Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge
  • Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
Your profile:
Education Level
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
  • Intermediate proficiency or higher in English is required.
  • Basic Portuguese (desirable)
 Experience Level
  • More than 2 years
  • Sales Force/Origami system management experience required.
  • Experience on logistics field and/or insurance.
  • Strong organizational skills
