As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top frontline talent to meet the growing needs of our warehouse operations. Supported by our experienced Talent Acquisition team in Horsley, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals and careers fairs
• Facilitating our weekly Resourcing Centres to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to contract generation and onboarding for frontline and salaried roles
• Utilising key metrics to determine recruitment strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
• Play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives to support the business
• Delivering a high level of service to stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (or similar role) recruiting frontline, blue-collar roles
• The ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
• A thorough understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing for blue-collar roles
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
